More than 125 people recently attended the Sweet Art Luncheon at Studios on the Park in Paso Robles to honor Mary Schwartz, a longtime resident and philanthropist in Paso Robles. The event raised $10,000 for the Paso Robles Festival of the Arts.

His current focus is on painting, with acrylics as his medium of choice, a notable use of striking color, bold sweeping shapes and themes, and meditative atmosphere. He is Paso Robles artist WB Eckert, and his work is part of the current Studios on the Park exhibition "Just Sweet," hanging in the Atrium through February.
