Intermediate Drawing Tutorial with Lury Norris

If you've got some drawing ability and want to expand your drawing experience, improve your ability, or perfect your accuracy, this is the class for you!
Materials list: drawing pencils (preferably HB and 2B), erasers (white plastic or pink pearl and some kneaded), and sketch paper (11"x14" best). RSVP required 24 hours in advance. $20/class.
I Want My Mummy Halloween Youth Painting with ArtSocial 805

Kids ages 8 & up are invited to get into the Halloween spirit at Studios on the Park! A talented teaching artist from Art Social 805 leads students through creating their own mummy masterpiece. The $25 cost includes all materials.
Fall Pumpkin & Flowers Painting with ArtSocial 805

Adults can get in the fall spirit with ArtSocial 805 at Studios on the Park! Artists from ArtSocial 805 leads students through creating the Fall Pumpkin and Flowers painting. The $40 cost includes all materials and some sips and bites. BYOB acceptable.
Ultimate Beginning Drawing Tutorial: Seeing and recording forms, shapes, and edges accurately with Lury Norris
October 17: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Learn how to truly record what you see. With patient guidance and expert instruction from Lury Norris, this class is for the true novice, for the person who says they can “barely draw a stick figure.” Lury teaches you to work with pictures and still lifes, using pencil and charcoal on paper. Study at your own pace and gain the ability to take your subject and record it with true accuracy. RSVP required 24 hours in advance. $20/class.
Kids Art Smart

Studios on the Park is proud to be a leader in arts education for elementary school children in our region. We believe all children should have access to creative learning opportunities through the arts.
This fall, our life-changing Kids Art Smart hands-on art field trips are being provided to K-5 students from Paso Robles and Templeton school districts free of charge. We The People

We stand at a pivotal point in time. As Americans, we need to examine where we are going and how we plan to get there. This show celebrates the diversity of the American people. Together, we are the people our forefathers were thinking of when drafting the constitution.
The artwork featured in this show comes from Deprise Brescia’s art installation, “We Are The People”. It is a giant 12-foot jigsaw puzzle of the United States of America. This month she is featuring the backside of this giant jigsaw people, because it represents the backbone of the United States of America.
COLORbar: "Witch" by Hellie Blythe

Experience watercolor painting with Studios on the Park's unique COLORbar. Create your own masterpiece by filling in an already prepared original design by resident artist Hellie Blythe. The $10 participation fee includes all materials (but no instruction) and supports Studios' essential arts services to local children and adults.
