About Tablas Creek Vineyard
Tablas Creek Vineyard is the culmination of a 50-year friendship between two families: the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands. In 1989, they bought an estate in the limestone-rich Adelaida District of Paso Robles, chosen for its similarity to Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and imported vine cuttings from Beaucastel. Tablas Creek’s vineyards are certified organic as well as biodynamic and largely dry-farmed, limiting yields naturally. Biodynamic practices, including a mobile herd of sheep and alpacas, build healthy soils, while native yeast fermentation and large neutral oak foudres produce wines full of character.

Wines to be poured:
*2017 Patelin de Tablas Rose - 64% Grenache, 29% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah, 2% Counoise
*2017 Patelin de Tablas Blanc - 44% Grenache Blanc, 29% Viognier, 12% Marsanne, 12% Roussanne, 3% Clairette Blanche
*2015 Patelin de Tablas Rouge - 51% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 14% Mourvedre, 4% Counoise
