Cooking + Crafting with Beer for St. Patricks Day with Zest it Up

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this interactive workshop with Zest it Up that will introduce you to the world of cooking with Firestone Walker beer. The menu for the night will include beer pub cheese and pretzels, slow beer braised short ribs, homemade sour beer pickles, and all finished up nicely with a fudgy stout brownie and beer ice cream float. The fun cooking adventure will end with feasting and some crafting!

Menu:
Homemade Pub Cheese Dip with pretzels
Beer Braised Short Ribs and Homemade Sour Beer Pickles
Fudgy Stout Brownie and Beer Ice Cream Float

Craft:
Attendees will craft their very own wall-mounted beer opener to take home!

All supplies are provided, including a glass of beer (or glass of wine if that's more your style) with the $65 ticket. Please come ready to eat!

* Attendees must be 21 years or older.

Due to limited seating and high demand of workshop tickets, Zest it Up has a 48 hour cancellation policy to receive a refund or to reschedule. They have a workshop minimum of at least 5 people. If they need to cancel the workshop they will notify the guests at least 3 hours in advance. Either a refund can be issued or credit can be kept on file to be used at a future workshop.
