Phyllis Frank
Phyllis Frank was raised in Alhambra and moved with her husband, Robert, to the Central Coast in 1972. She holds a BA and MS from USC and a MA from Cal Poly, SLO. After teaching for 20 years Phyllis was introduced to the local art world by Carol Bateman, a founder of the Paso Robles Art Association. After 15 years with that organization Phyllis is President and has become a catalyst in securing a place for local artists to show in the Studios on the Park facility. Mrs. Frank feels that North SLO County will become the art center of the Central Coast and believes that Studios will be the driving force in that transformation.
