Carolyn Harrison
Carolyn Harrison, CPA, is a graduate of the accounting program at Arizona State University and also has earned degrees from University of Nevada, Reno (MA) and University of Idaho (PhD). Carolyn and her husband, Pitts (a graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo) moved to the Paso Robles area from Boise, Idaho, in 2006 to purchase a small ranch in the Ranchita Canyon area of San Miguel. Carolyn has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987, and was a university administrator for most of her career. After moving to the Paso area, she worked as a consultant for Boise State University through mid-2008, and then began to do volunteer work for local nonprofits, including The Central Coast Shakespeare Festival and Studios on the Park. Carolyn pursues her hobby as a writer in her spare time and won an award for writing poetry at the 2011 Central Coast Writer's Conference in San Luis Obispo.
